If you take careful advice and eat properly whilst exercising then there is no reason why rapid weight loss cannot take place. The more {over-weigh}obese you are the more weight you are going to lose. Just be careful that you don’t try to lose an unhealthy amount of weight by starving yourself or taking pills not recomended by your doctor. Safety should always be at the front of your mind.
