This was the reason for the change in weight.

An expert in the field of Applied Physiology and Nutrition has said that fat burning exercise has a bigger impact on fat loss and permanent weight loss than nutrition. It was said that exercise accounts for 65% and nutrition for 35%.

Research shows that to lose weight you should do an exercise progam as well as a diet program. But we dont live in a perfect world and none of us are perfect.

Friends Can Fight Fat Together

The two women, Lori and Tara, made a face while watching the skinny woman on television. She explained for the tenth time how to lose tummy fat. They reached for the pretzels (chocolate covered) as they decided to start a new diet on Monday.

Today was Thursday. Their latest exercise plan had started on Monday along with a healthy diet plan. They rode their bikes, jogged and then went over to another friend’s house to swim. Spending an hour in the cool water was such fun. After the swim they sipped iced tea on the patio.

They chatted about Ruba all the way home. Ruba looked like a movie star in her bikini. She looked almost too skinny. It was always the way they classified other people. Either they were skinny or fat. They considered themselves to be too fat. They spent almost as much time trying to figure out how to reduce tummy fat, as they did snacking.

At work, Lori sat behind a desk most of the day. She had so much work piled up that she was constantly on the computer. She did go out to keep appointments but only a few days a week. It’s a fact that those who don’t get enough sleep will be more susceptible overeating. Last month she joined a helpful exercise class and it was working out so far.

Her sister Tara was obligated to keep herself in a state of good health. If she was overweight, she would no be a good representative for the hospital chain she worked for. She tried to exercise every single day. She even walked her dog every night after dinner.

The next morning, getting ready for work, Tara looked at her profile in the mirror. Although she understood how to lose weight successfully, she was having a hard time doing it. Her skirt waistbands and slacks waistbands were always a little too tight. These worries continued as she seated herself at her workstation desk at the office.

She remembered the exercise videos she had bought but never used. She thought they would help. Toe touches and lunges were other things she could add to an exercising program. She called Lori and invited her to come over for an exercise session next Saturday. She just felt good about becoming successful on this new exercise plan. She and Lori would both lost that ugly fat this time.
