Can’t lose weight? Welcome to the western worlds most popular club.If you really think you can’t lose weight then it’s time to have a rethink.Everybody can lose weight; you just need to have a solid system that you can follow.
I guess you’ve heard it many times, eat less, exercise more and you’ll lose weight.Those words are meaningless as they don’t go into enough detail.What we do need, is an in depth hand holding weight loss system.
Having a system with set rules will allow you to easily follow your plan every day.We can follow the simple steps every day and know we are doing it right.There’s nothing worse than having to figure out for ourselves if we have eaten too much, or exercised too little.
When we try to go it alone we end up getting nowhere fast. Usually worse than when we started.We can be pretty sure we are doing things right when we follow a proven system.We can tick the boxes every day, knowing we’ve done exactly what we need to do for the days battle.
If we can follow a system every day we know we will get the weight loss that we desire.The difficult part is actually following the rules and sticking to it.We can help ourselves by knowing which danger signs to look out for.
If we can teach ourselves about a subject, pretty soon that subject becomes much easier to us.Weight loss is no different. If you can’t lose weight then you may simply be lacking the correct knowledge.There are numerous reasons why we fail to lose weight, lets check a few out.

Reward eating. You get to the end of the week and notice you’ve dropped a few punds. Do you ever reward yourself with something you should avoid like the plague? This can cause you to have a nightmare yo-yo time. Working hard all week to lose it and putting it (and more) back on in one fell swoop.
Stress. Not only is stress a killer it will make you eat and snack more. Worrying leads to comfort eating which leads to storing more fat. Gentle exercise has been proven to actually lighten your mood, which in turn lowers your stress levels, which in turn helps you in your goal.
There are a lot of reasons you might think you can’t lose weight.You will benefit by getting hold of a step by step system you can stick to.You give yourself every chance of success with a system you can follow.

Those Who Think They Can’t Lose Weight, Think Again
Maybe it’s time for a rethink if you think you can’t lose weight. I believe everyone can lose weight if they just use the right system for them. It’s not rocket science.
I once believed the same, that I can’t lose weight, and probably never will. I was totally wrong on that point.
I went for years just yo-yoing up and down with my weight. Mostly up but some downs. I was all of a sudden diagnosed with diabetes.
I wondered if my being fat was the cause but I think I’ll never know the reason. I’ll tell you though it really scared me.
I was now diabetic and I was only twenty seven years old. How the hell did I get old peoples diabetes?
I realised it was time to take drastic action. My health depended on a proper attempt at losing weight. My whole outlook had to change.
Like most “fatties” I tried all sorts of diets and gizmos. Some of the stuff was sickeningly expensive and turned out to be next to useless. I shudder at how much money I’ve thrown away.
I ended up using a step by step system that allows me to plan ahead. I can plan my meals and thankfully I don’t have to ration them.
I use a diet generator on my computer that makes it so easy to create my meal plans. I used to stress out trying to work out what to (safely) eat.
I was a sucker for eating any leftovers my kids didn’t eat. I actually thought that it was wasteful to throw it in the garbage. Now I have a totally different mindset and we rarely cook more than we can eat.
If you are like I was and believe you can’t lose weight then it’s time you started to change your way of thinking. We can all lose weight if we just stop believing we can’t lose weight.
Make the decision and you will not regret it. In the future you can look back and probably be embarrassed at how you believed you can’t lose weight.
I like thing to be neat and tidy and that includes my weight loss system. I have daily tasks that I can tick off once they are done. This way I know I’m on the right track to maintaining my weight.

I Always Believed I Can’t Lose Weight - I Don’t Any More
I see my adult life as part one and part two. Although there is weight loss involved here it’s not why I see it in two parts.
In my case the before is (yes being overweight) before I was struck with diabetes. After is obviously the fall out after getting (and dealing with) it.
I was in my mid twenties and I was overweight. Not drastically but I was nearly always carrying around an extra 15 to 20 pounds.
I’d been on the diet merry go round many times but I lacked the motivation. Plus I’d brainwashed myself into thinking I can’t lose weight.
When I was motivated it seemed to take ages to lose a few pounds. When I wasn’t motivated it seemed to take about a day to pile it back on.
I suppose you could say getting diabetes is a disaster, maybe not a real disaster but with all the complications that come with it, it certainly seems to be a disaster.
It seemed I had to rid myself of any “can’t lose weight” thoughts and also rid myself of any excess weight. My health depended on it.
What on earth was I going to do? I always thought I can’t lose weight and that’s it. I find a system that worked and find it fast.
I figured I should go with something that suits me. I like things nice and orderly. I’m a bit OCD so I like to know I’ve ticked the boxes and I’m doing things right.
If the steps were planned meals or exercise routines then I’d need to tick off that it was complete. This way I know I’m sticking to the game plan.
I found and tried all sorts of diets and contraptions. I read a lot of Ebooks and paper books but I didn’t feel fully comfortable with any of them.
I actually discovered a neat system that has a computer generated diet planner. Better still it doesn’t restrict my meal sizes! It takes all the stress out of planning the correct meals and diet.
I mentioned earlier that I like to tick the boxes off when I’m doing something, well this system ticks all the boxes for me. Forgive the little joke there!
Still think you can’t lose weight? I can tell you from my experience that isn’t the case. Maybe like me you need a system that holds your hand and works for you. That system could be the same one I’m using, who knows?
