Have you tried virtually every diet you can think of, but still looking for one that works? Why is it that so many diets fail? A lot of people still believe the myth that drastically reducing your food intake will result in weight loss. The truth is that when we go on a low calorie diet we could actually gain weight instead of losing it. As humans we are designed to read less food intake with starvation. When we intentionally deprive our bodies of food we send our body into starvation preservation mode.

Studies show that thin people tend to eat have diets that contain lots of complex carbohydrates (such as veggies, pulses etc) and individuals who are overweight consume diets that contain more fat and simple carbs.
