Diets That work Can Be Found If You Just Know Where To Find Them

People who need to lose weight are constantly seeking diets that work.  The issue isn’t really finding a diet plan that works, but rather finding a diet to which a person can stick.  The diet industry is very large.  With books, diet food programs, trainers and nutritionists, spas, and all the other parts of the health and diet industry a lot of money, over 46.8 billion dollars in 2005, is pulled in not from people becoming healthy or losing weight, but rather from people attempting to become healthy or lose weight.  Because repeat business brings in the cash, the focus is surely on methods and products that work for a short period of time but result in return business.

So you want a diet that works?  Here’s one.  Drink only water, eat only 1000 calories every day, and combine it with 30 minutes of aerobic activity five times each week.  That diet will result in losing weight.  But there are two difficulties.  The first is that cravings will ruin the diet.  Sooner or later, particularly after intense work outs, those 1000 calories won’t be enough to satisfy.  First it’s a potato chip or piece of cake, then it’s an extra hot dog and the whole bag of chips, and then the diet is ended.  #2 the diet eventually ends.  You soon go back to eating the identical old way.  Next spring, or next time to try on that dress or tuxedo, or next vacation, or simply the next time you glance at a mirror on the way out of the bathroom  it will be time to return to a diet to lose the unwanted pounds. 

The best diet is a permanent diet.  A lifestyle change to healthier eating habits and more physical activity is the best way to lose weight and keep off the weight.  The Sonoma Diet, created by Connie Guttersen, discusses ten “power foods.”  These  are almonds, bell peppers, blueberries, broccoli, grapes, olive oil, spinach, strawberries, tomatoes and whole grains, eaten in conjunction with the cuisine of the Sonoma country, which includes Asian, Latin American and Mediterranean foods and dishes.  The diet is full of real food, and real portions, combined into enjoyable dishes to help encourage someone to stay with it .

Want diets that work?  Shift the focus away from a short term diet to permanent eating habits that go along with an overall healthy and active lifestyle.  That way you won’t gain the pounds in the first place.

Does Negative Calorie Diet Really Work?

The name alone got our attention with this diet.  The Negative Calorie Diet piqued our interest, as we were wondering how it could work.  How does someone eat something that contains “negative calories”?

We did some research and found out that while all foods have calories, some foods use more calories for digestion than they actually contain.  Because of that, people are able to burn calories while they eat.

We went around the internet and realized a lot of people are trying this diet out.  After our research was complete, we found out some important information about this diet that should help people decide if it is right for them.

First, it will make you lose weight.  Most people were able to lose one to two pounds a day on this diet, which is very impressive.  However, at the same time, there were some complaints because you are only allowed to eat mainly fruits and vegetables.  Quite a few people were not ready for a diet that would limit or eliminate the amount of meat they eat.  Some people were irritable about the lack of choices, while others were bored with their food intake.

What we decided after reading different accounts is this is a good diet for someone who needs to get on track with weight loss.  However, it is not meant as a long term solution.  Eventually, some fat will need to be added into the diet.  One cannot eat this way forever and stay healthy.

From the Negative Calorie Diet review articles we’ve seen, here is our honest opinion. Those who are looking for a fast way to lose weight can probably benefit from this diet.  It is important to remember, though, that this is not meant to be a long term solution.  It can be used as a way to jumpstart the metabolism and begin weight loss, but eventually protein will have to be introduced back into the diet.


Master Cleanse Secrets Review

When Master Cleanse Secrets (MCS) became available, we could not help but be interested.  After all, the Master Cleanse Detox is one of the most famous diets of all time, and this was supposed to be an enhancement on that.  Master Cleanse Secrets was not created by the same person who created the original master cleanse, but the same ideas were used.

By researching those who had followed this diet, we discovered that MCS derived the fundamentals of the original Master Cleanse but made it easier to follow.  Unlike the original Master Cleanse that had followers on a liquid diet for ten days, this cleanse allows you to eat foods that will not interfere with the cleanse. 

People seem to have a much easier time following this diet.  While there are still some effects of detoxifying the body, it seems to be going over much better than the original cleanse.  That is because they are allowed to eat some solid foods to overcome the feeling of hunger while going through the cleanse, so it is much more practical.

Those who have been able to make it through the cleanse have experienced weight loss.  However, it is important to note this is not a long term solution.  In fact, most of the people we reviewed used the cleanse in order to prepare themselves for another diet.  People cannot stay on the cleanse for longer than forty days, so users need to have another plan in place when they start MCS.  You can do the cleanse multiple times each year, but there has to be a break in between.

People who want to lose weight fast and get ready for a different diet can use MCS.  They can feel healthier after their bodies are detoxified.  They will experience some weight loss and get rid of the toxins in their bodies, which can lead to better overall health.

Top Secret Fat Loss Secret Plan Review

We like to stay on top of the weight loss programs that are being talked about, which is why we decided to investigate the Top Secret Fast Loss Secret.  We heard it was a great way to jumpstart a weight loss routine, so we decided to do more research about the program.

First, we learned it was developed by Dr. Suzanne Gudakunst.  She is an expert on the digestive system, which is how she came up with this plan.  Essentially, her diet is a colon cleanse.  She claims people cannot lose weight with plaque and parasites in their colon.  Once they cleanse their colon, she claims, they are then able to start losing weight rapidly.

We looked around for people who have tried this diet, and we found out that people who are obese are able to benefit from this system because it helps them lose weight quickly and get started with a more healthy diet.

However, we realized there was some disappointment due to its lack of a meal plan that tells the user exactly what to eat everyday.  It is more of a way to jumpstart a diet.  We weren’t able to find a large number of people that were using this as a long term solution.

The system helps people lose fat with the initial cleanse, but then there is not much guidance on planning their daily meals.  Users have to select their own foods from recommendations and motivate themselves to exercise and do other things in order to keep the weight off of their bodies.

Based on the Top Secret Fat Loss Secret review articles we’ve seen, here is our honest opinion.  We’ve decided this program is good for someone who needs help getting started on a diet.  They can lose weight quickly and be healthier overall.  However, those searching for a long term solution probably want to pair this with another diet as well.  They will then be able to benefit from the cleanse while having another diet they can start after the cleanse is complete.
